I received my hat on 9/5/2012. I am way satisfied with this purchase. The quality is outstanding. The workmanship is exceptional and I hope this feedback makes it to the craftsman. I thought it was very cool that the maker signed his name on the label. The sizing was perfect too. I live in sunny N.California and have been looking for a nice dressy straw hat for some time and am glad I found your company. Keep up the good work! a.c.
