Too Big

I ordered this hat one size larger per instructions. As soon as it was unpacked, I knew it looked huge. It was WAY too big. I soaked it and shaped it, hoping it would dramatically shrink. It did not. I couldn't send it back, since I'd already altered it. I ordered another one, this time in the correct size. It is a perfect fit, even after soaking and bending it the way I like. I ordered the replacement from Village Hat Shop since they had them in stock. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ORDER LARGER THAN YOUR NORMAL SIZE!!!
