Sam Houston hat
I just received my Sam Houston hat with a 4 inch brim in fine palm. Although it took just shy of 6 weeks to be delivered it proved to be worth the wait. The fit is just right. Construction quality is superb and the appearance is outstanding. I like the flexibility of the fine palm. Nice job folks. This hat should only improve with age. I'm more than pleased with my purchase.

Love my new 'Sam Houston' 5"
It was delivered yesterday (very well packed by the way) and I couldn't wait to get it on my head. The size is perfect, but I guess my head is a long oval, so the hat will need some breaking in (i.e. it needs to be sweated in) to perfectly fit my head. I just can't say enough about how good this hat looks. I won't go so far as to say it makes ME look good, but it makes me look *as good as possible.* :D My doctor has ordered me to walk 30 minutes every day (which I've stretched to ~40 mins.--2 miles), so this big brim will give me some great shade. My ancient 4" brim Resistol straw is going back into retirement! :D

love these hats
I have several of these hats and have designed different hatbands for each of them. I always feel special when I wear them and get many compliments. Sunbody hats are quality and extremely durable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Every day in the pool for a year.
I had to exercise in the pool every day to rehabilitate core muscles. I needed a hat because I live in Florida. The palm has held up (with some staining because of the constant wet). Nothing else would have survived.

excellent quality and comfort
Receiving this hat, I was immediately impressed with its quality. Solid craftsmanship went into making this. I bought it for a living history exhibit where I knew it would be hot, but the hat is so comfortable I found myself wearing it almost every summer day. I was so impressed I bought another "dress" hat from Sun Body about a week later!

My Sam Houston Sunbody
Just bought this hat yesterday and I already love it! I bought a brown leather band that they sewed in while we waited. I'm a PE teacher and bought it for work, gardening, hunting, fishing, etc. My husband has had his for over 20 years! Can't wait to break it in and make it mine!

This was my first SunBody hat. I purchased it last year to wear while working around the yard and mainly while mowing the lawn. It provides great sun protection, is cool and light weight for it's size. I wanted something big and unique. It is in great shape and I am looking forward to wearing it on the tractor any day now. The grass is getting greener and greener.

Compliments abound
Bought hat for period correct costumes worn as a tour guide on a Louisiana antebellum plantation, Oak Alley. Guests and staff love the look. Great for eye protection. Thinking about same style in oak color.
