Long running favorite
I've had this hat for at least 10 years, probably more like 15. It's the best hat I've ever owned, bar none. Aside from a small tear where I shut it in my truck toolbox, it's still perfect. I just stitched up the rip, and it's still great! I get comments on it all the time, not that I really like that, but people always ask about it. It fits so well I don't even need the cord to keep it on in everything but a gale. Wear it at the beach, yard work, regular work, couldn't be happier. If you're even considering this hat, do it!

Best Hat Ever
For daily walks in hot climate this hat is the best in preventing sunburn of head and neck. Lightweight & rugged construction, my previous 2 hats of this type lasted 5 years a peice through daily wear, rain and what-not. Recommend

My favourite hat (have 17 - not all Sunbody !)
Love this hat - having a very hot summer with intense sun in UK in 2022 - this is the perfect hat ... have suffered from skin cancer to face and this saves me and gives me complete confidence. The brim is amazing and as other commentators have said, the stampede string is essential and does an excellent job in case of wind. Was introduced to the hat by "Lady Lone Rider" Bernice Ende. (now sadly separted), who always wore this model... - she rode all over the US on horseback. Workmanship of this hat is superb and although it has had knocks there are no signs of indentation or wear ... Bill Kerr in the UK
