Ventalation Eyelets are installed on the hat or hats of your choice, they help improve the breathability of the hat and since they are painted brass they will not rust. We can add them to any of the hats we offer, with the exception of our hats where the venting is woven into the crown.

Layout: 
  • 1 order of eyelets= 3 eyelets installed on each side of the hat. 6 eyelets total.
  • Ventilation eyelets are installed in a fixed layout and cannot be customized
Eyelet Size Option: 
  • 1/8" hole diameter- our most popular option, 98% choose the small eyelets shown in the picture
  • 1/4" hole diameter- a larger option that allows for better ventilation and airflow
