Takes Forever
Ordered my hat on 4/14/2026 and as of writing 5/20/2026 my hat has yet to be sent out. I was advised it will take another month when I was told that just a month ago.

Great hat
I have a very hard time finding hats that fit my huge 7 7/8" head! SunBody has a few that go up to 8". I ordered the vented cattleman palm and it is just perfect. The only reason I removed a star is because the shipping choice of U.S. Postal service was less than optimal. I received notifications from Stamps.com that the hat had shipped from Houston, then went to Atlanta, then to Dallas, back to Atlanta, then to Fayetteville, my nearest post office. Then, it sat in Fayetteville for 4 days! It was like 12 days from when I bought it. I know SunBody doesn't have control over what the USPS does, but if I actually needed my hat by a certain date, I would have been really mad - especially since I could see the horrible inefficiency of the USPS. My suggestion to SunBody, please use UPS or FedEx for your shipments. Again, I love the hat and thank you for providing such a great product.

- Vented: row of braid in the crown has holes woven in to allow airflow
- Hatband: black cloth
- Sweatband: foam-padded cotton twill with non-woven backing
