wrong crown

I ordered the 4" brim, low crown cattleman. They sent 5 1/4" crown. I'd already soaked it and creased it my way when I noticed it wasn't the style I'd ordered. That part is on me. I needed another hat now, not the hassle of shipping back and waiting another couple weeks. the quality is fine but It'll be just a work hat and won't get to go to the sale or town. The quality is fine but I wish the people filling the order paid more attention. The invoice has the right item number. The quality is a five but the mistake makes it a 3.
