Expected Processing Time: 1-14 days.

0-1 Days: Open crown hats and Mexican pressed palms.
1-2 Days: A few of the popular Guatemalan styles are also available for quick ship (1-2 days).
1-14 Days: Most other hats are custom made for you, shaped and trimmed to order.

• Edge-binding, brim-lacing, and other custom work will increase the time we need to make your hat.
• March through August are our busiest months. Hats may takes as long as four weeks to prepare.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Uniquely customized hats are not returnable.
Please contact us if you have a date by which you must have your order.

Payment

• If you pay with PAYPAL, your PAYPAL account will be charged immediately.
• If you use your credit card on the SunBody website, your card will not be charged until we ship your merchandise.

Exchanges and Returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipment.
