We expect to ship your order in 0 - 7 days:
(Expected Ship Time is shown on each hat, hatband or other item).
0-1 Days: Open crown hats and Mexican pressed palms.
1-2 Days: A few of the popular Guatemalan styles are also available for quick ship (1-2 days).
1-7 Days: Most other hats are custom made for you, shaped and trimmed to order.
- Edge-binding, brim-lacing, and other custom work will increase the time we need to make your hat.
- March through August are our busiest months. Hats may takes as long as four weeks to prepare.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
Please contact us if you have a date by which you must have your order.
Payment
- If you pay through PAYPAL, your PAYPAL account will be charged immediately.
- If you use your credit card on the SunBody website, your card will not be charged until we ship your merchandise.
